Please note, sale tax will be applied when I respond to your offer! (A sale tax of +9.45%)By paying for any purchase, you agree that you're the cardholder of the card that's linked to your account. Once the order is fulfilled, no refund/chargeback will be tolerated.
It is not my responsibility to make sure that you're the authorized cardholder.
GENERAL
✣ The client must credit me (@69michichi) in a visible place. (Ie: Twitter/SNS Bio, Twitch Panels, etc)
✣ Use of the finished work for anything related to or associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is not allowed.
✣ I may decline specific applications if I feel I am unable to complete/fulfill the request.PRIVACY
✣ I retain the right to use images or videos of the commission for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or other marketing materials. By default, I am allowed to share the progress and completion of the project on Social Media, along with streaming the progress on my Twitch. If privacy is of concern, the client may request a non-disclosure agreement, up until the project is completed.✣ Public disclosure of private messages between me (Michi) and the client is not allowed. Both parties cannot publicly share discussions or screenshots about payment, negotiation, or anything else related to the project.COMMERCIAL USAGE
✣ The client may use the commission for personal or commercial purposes, but may not sell or distribute the model without my permission.COPYRIGHT
✣ The copyright of the commission remains with me, the artist.
✣ The client may not make modifications to the commission without my permission.
✣ NFT (Non-Fungible Token)/AI LEARNING USAGE IS PROHIBITED.REVISIONS
✣ Up to 3 free minor revisions after the approval of the initial sketch. After that, it will be an extra charge.
Payments
✣ 50-50 payment plan. I take a 50% upfront payment before starting on the work. Then after I'm halfway through with the work and the clients agree with the WIPs so far, I'll request the remaining 50% before I complete the work.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
It can take anywhere from 1-3 months for me to finish your commission, please be patient as I also have full-time comic work. If you have a debut date or need me to rush the order in any way, please check RUSH ORDER (+40%).
I'm not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond my control, such as technical issues or natural disasters.
REFUND POLICY
✣ I reserve the right to cancel the project at any point due to Force Majeure, communication issues, or any other reason. In this case, the deposit will be partially refunded according to the amount of work that has been done.
✣ For commissions that have been started or are passed the sketch phase, only a 50% refund will be offered.
✣ For any commissions that have been completed or are near completion, there will be no refund.
✣ Forcibly initiating a dispute will result in being blacklisted. If you decided to open a dispute, I have the right to alter the original commission and sell it to other clients to make up for the cost, effort, and time spent.COMMUNICATION

Model art may be commissioned from other artists as long as the art is prepared for Live2D Rigging (.psd)I would prefer to be in contact with your model artist to ensure a smooth rigging process. But if it's not possible and you prefer a faster process, I can fix the model art as I go, but it'll cost extra.Please make sure you have the right to your art and that your model artist knows you'll be using the art for Vtubing/Vstreaming. (If I'm only rigging for you)I mainly rig for Vtube Studio and as such, can help you troubleshoot the best if you also use Vtube Studio.I would love to stream my process of working on your model at any point and you can hop on my stream to tell me what you would like to change/what you don't like so far. But if you prefer to keep your model a secret, please give me a head up!
DELIVERY PROCESS
50-50 payments. I'll send you an invoice that can be paid in 2 installments.**For art:**
The first half shall be paid after I show you the rough sketch to request approval.
The second half shall be paid after I finish the lineart and start on coloring.**For rigging:**
